Why not organize a garage sale at your company especially over the winter time. This could be a great fundraiser event for local charities. Look through your closets, attics. cabinets, drawers for any unneeded items. Contact you Human resources department to help to organize your event, borrow long tables, find your location and set a date/time. Invite all employees by email for the event to sell and buy. Have the proceeds be split fifty fifty between the charity and the seller. Further the company might be able to match all proceeds that goes to your charity.
